Cordelia woke with a groan, cradled lovingly by a firm mattress that reminded her of memory foam. It took her a second to realize she was somewhere she could only assume was Ezul’s bedroom, though he was nowhere in sight.

She took in her surroundings. Soft gray walls greeted her with literally no personal features to break the monotony aside from sleek spartan furniture and a few fur blankets draped neatly across the bed.

Part of her was ready to freak out at this new development, afraid that this was all happening too fast. That it was a complete one-eighty from her plans to hightail it off this planet.

But hadn’t her major desire to return to Earth been borne of fear that the Aragnokan government would just use her as a baby factory? She’d like to see that happen now that Ezul had claimed her!

A much larger part of her didn’t give a damn about the length of time they’d known one another, she was just excited that Ezul wanted her, that he chose her.

There would be no more plans of vacating Aragnok, of going back to her aunt and the stray cat she fed, though she would miss them. What would her aunt think if she could see Cordelia now?

On Earth she would be considered crazy for marrying a man she’d literally just met two weeks ago. People would be estimating how quick the honeymoon phase would end before divorce lawyers were called. Did Aragnokans even divorce?

You’re not on Earth, she reminded herself.

She needed to stop looking at their new relationship through human lenses. And besides, Delilah had mated within a month of knowing Sahin, and she was thriving and happy. That’s what Cordelia should be focusing on.

Ezul hadn’t seemed shocked or upset in the slightest that they’d accidentally mated. In fact, he’d been ecstatic, which only made Cordelia feel just as thrilled.

The thought steadied her nerves. Satisfied with her inner musings, she couldn’t help but wonder where the hell Ezul was.

Sliding her legs over the edge of the bed, Cordelia stood. And then immediately sat back down, snapping her legs closed in a hurry as Ezul’s cum slipped from her cunt, smearing against her inner thighs.
